Art Bites are online sessions for approx. 45 mins, covering topics that are consistently popping up in our mailbox or keep coming up in discussion.
This can cover elements and topics on business structures, governance, fundraising and other elements that are coming up and wanting to be explored
This will be a meeting format; cameras can be turned off and mics muted can be muted during the conversation. Questions and the call will be monitored by A&B NI staff. Please keep this in mind when joining the call
Attendees will –
1) Get bite sized information of various topics each month
2) Be able to gain ask questions and engage with others on the call
3) Upskill or share knowledge on topics whilst having their lunch
In this edition we will be having an open conversation on how to make the most out of your board. We will be asking questions like how do you ensure that your Board are present and engaged? How to you help your Trustees to feel motivated, supported and valued? How do you ensure that the governance of your charity is conducted with positivity and purpose?
Chairing this discussion will be Brona Whittaker, Head of Arts, A&B NI
