We’re thrilled to launch our new four part summer podcast series, ‘From A to B’. Featuring practical advice and inspiring insights from arts and culture sector leaders.
Each fortnight, podcast guests will discuss topics such as organisational growth, fundraising, adapting to change, and corporate partnerships - to inspire and equip the cultural sector with ideas about how to become stronger and more resilient.

The first episode of the series, ‘Growth’, features special guests Mark Robinson, Director of Thinking Practice, a consultancy specialising in helping the cultural sector increase impact and build resilience, and Deirdre Robb, Chief Executive at Belfast Exposed, Northern Ireland’s leading Contemporary Photography Centre.
This second episode focuses on fundraising and features guests, Ushi Bagga, Head of Arts Programme at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, one of the UK’s leading charitable funders in the Arts, and Lucy Beevor, a fundraiser working with NI arts and cultural organisations, with a vast amount of experience in arts fundraising across the UK.

The third episode in the A to B podcast series focuses on the subject of change. Guests Damien Coyle and Sean Fitzsimons of University of Atypical, discuss the organisation's continued transformational change; navigating loss, a rebrand, a pandemic and a change of leadership, developing the pilot of their Equality & Access Standards Initiative, influencing policy and creating opportunities for d/Deaf, disabled and neurodiverse artists at a local, national and international level, and much more.
