Calling all techies: NI arts organisations need your expertise to help them navigate the weird and wonderful world of all things digital. Our friends at Farset Labs are helping us spread the word and bring together a group of experts and enthusiasts, to explore how connecting technologists with creatives can help cultural organisations respond to and utilise advances in technology in our changing world. No major time commitment required, just a willingness to share your knowledge with other creative people. We have two events planned for November and hope you can come along.
Our second event in this series will be:
Creative Collisions: Digital Trustees – Ideation Workshop
Farset Labs, Belfast
Date to be confirmed - early 2020
Following on from our beer and pizza night there will be a three-phase ideation event based in the newly renovated Farset Labs event space, bringing arts practitioners and arts managers/trustees together with a mix of technologists, designers, and product-folks, around the challenges of "Metrics, Impacts, and Fundraising". Facilitated by Farset Labs, these three phases closely follow existing Farset Labs ideation processes; Problem Generalisation, Opportunity Viability, and Solution Mapping and will involve splitting into discussion groups to look at common problems. We will round off the session with a bit of a social mixer. Register through meetup here https://www.meetup.com/Farset-Labs-Events/events/265681697/
