Mark Robinson is founder of Thinking Practice, an organisation that works to build a more adaptive and more resilient arts and cultural ecology. He is best known in cultural policy as the author of the influential papers such as, Making Adaptive Resilience Real, and has given keynotes, talks and workshops both nationally and internationally.
Mark will be speaking at our event Modelling Not Muddling and sharing case studies of the business models of 18 cultural organisations that have changed and become more resilient. He will also highlight some of the uses of business modelling in addressing the challenges organisations face, and the roles of leaders and boards in making change.
